The Pasur is a distributary of the Ganges, running south through the Sundarbans to the Bay of Bengal. Mongla, the second largest port in Bangladesh, lies on the river about 40 miles north of the Bay.

The Harbaria ("house of the tiger") Eco Tourism Center on the Pasur River is supposed to be the most attractive and most dangerous area of the Sundarbans National Park. Lots of tiger tracks.
